With Danly SinterLube there are no more compromises. You no longer have to decide between maintenance-free graphite bushings or steel bushings with a long service life.
With SinterLube, we have developed a bushing that combines all benefits:
self-lubricating, high-strength, high guiding accuracy, low-wear, temperature-resistant, exchangeable, and standardised in acc. with DIN 9834 and Danly standard.

Due to the wide range of applications and in order to meet the lifting requirements, Danly has developed three different types of ball bearing guide units. Selecting the right type is important to achieve an effective and economic result with the respective application. The ball bearing guide units work equally well in all presses, even in inclinable presses.

Danly manufactures die sets and bushings with a surface hardness of 60 to 64 HRC and a surface roughness of 0.2 µm. In accordance with your individual requirements, you can adapt the length of the guiding elements to meet your needs, because all die sets, bushings and retainers of DANLY's lubricated guide bushings and DANLY's ball bearing guides are interchangeable within the same nominal diameter.
